🔄 Added support of XTN↔️multi-collateral swaps on the Buy/Sell XTN (aka swap😉) page

💎Updated Neutrino main page
🏄♂️Updated SURF and NSBT staking pages
✂️Temporarily reduced Max Buy/Sell XTN amounts by changing a and b parameters to ensure multi-collateral stability at the initial stage
